We develop software that simplifies your business processes
İscotera is a software company developing web applications, mobile apps and custom software for businesses and institutions. Alongside client projects, we develop and publish products of our own.
The two complement each other: the experience we gain on client projects informs our own products, and the experience of running our own products informs our client work.
Predictable projects
Many of the problems in software projects stem from how the process is managed: timelines slip, costs exceed the original estimate, and once the project is complete, knowledge of how the system works remains with the developer alone.
To minimise these risks, we base every project on a written framework from the outset. Scope, timeline and cost are documented before development begins, and you can follow the progress closely throughout the project. Store and server accounts are opened in your name, and your data always remains yours. As a result, the process stays predictable from start to finish.

The following principles are commitments we put in writing at the proposal stage.

We first assess whether software is needed
Not every need calls for new software. If an existing product or an improvement to your current system is sufficient, we say so clearly. Our priority is a long-term business relationship built on trust.

We take responsibility for uncertainty
Providing a clear estimate of timeline and cost is our responsibility; we do not leave the uncertainty with you through vague answers. The written document approved at the start remains the shared reference for both parties until the project is complete.

We choose technology to fit the need
We do not apply the same solution to every project. The scale of the project, your budget and who will operate the system in future determine the choice; current trends alone are not a justification.

You work directly with the team building your project
There is no intermediary layer between you and the development team. You put technical questions directly to the person who will answer them, so requests are understood correctly and misunderstandings are resolved early.

We do not create dependency
The source code, data and accounts belong to you; store and server accounts are opened in your name. Should you decide to continue with another team, you retain a working system and all access credentials.

We continue to support you after handover
Launch marks the beginning of real use for the product. The same team continues to provide support for needs that arise in real use, for maintenance and for new development.
Our own products
Alongside the projects we develop to order, we build and operate products of our own. They give us direct experience of store review processes, user feedback and the maintenance of a live application, and our timeline and maintenance estimates draw on that experience.
